Default Battlefield 2 Bad Company Limited Edition Announced

Anyone else as stoked about this one as I am?

I'm wondering if my gaming laptop will hack it of if I'll be forced to build another desktop rig for this one...

I played the original game's demo on PS3 and found it lacking, but on PC it might have shined... wish they rereleased those levels within this game, but I know chances of that are slim to none.

I will only be stoked about this once they add prone to the game. It's been removed due to consoles lower quality. They found it was too hard to see each other when prone so it was removed to keep the fast paste action.

There is prone in the PC version. If you look at my old thread that I made regarding DICE's response to IW's decision for not supporting dedicated servers, I posted a link showing DICE's response to a console gamer who asked why there is prone and dedicated servers in the PC version and not on the 360 version.

It's on 360, PS3 and PC.

Don't be surprised if the PC version comes later though.

I didn't think much of the demo either, but I have the complete game on PS3 and it's quite the little gem. The story is actually pretty good and the characters are kinda funny. The sound is where it really shines. There hasn't been a game since that such awesome sounding weapons.

No doubt it would have been better on PC, and I'll be getting BC2 on PC, but the original is a pretty good game.

I might grab it for cheap... would like to play the story before the sequel, obviously.
