Default SUPER MEAT BOY

Super Meat Boy...

...deserves it's own thread.
...will make your face bleed.
...should not be played by sissy girl-boys.
...was a steal for $3 the other day.
...is a steal at $10.
...is too good of a game for your cracker ass crackers not to be playing it RIGHT NOW.

Played it again. It's not as boring as I thought. It's an indie game plain and simple. Will help pass the time.

It fun for a few hours then frustratingly difficult designed for the hardcore OCD guys that love to get everything perfect by replaying the same sequence 50+ times.

For the rest of us = too hard and overrated. But for $3 it was worth buying I guess.

It's a good platformer, but like nutcrackr said, after a while as it gets significantly harder and unless you are really into those types of games, you end up not wanting to play it anymore.

I think the best thing about it is that the levels are relatively short. They're very hard, but once you "get it" you have a good sense of accomplishment. It takes the old school Mega Man difficulty, cranks it up a notch, but cuts the achievable portions into small sections. Good combination and a very nice change of pace from newer games. It's not "Game of the Year", but its ridiculously good for the price level and genre.

I love the game. Im with you Q. It's one of the best games to release this year. Best thing about the game is how well its put together. Never once can you blame the game for being buggy or having poor controls. If you die its your own dam fault.

My GF laughs at when I play because I will play levels countless times to make sure I get an A+.
