Weird release date on Steam. Also why is this one set to release at midnight when most other games were releasing at noon?! Weird. I have very low interest in this game at the moment though. An extremely short single player and such a neutered multiplayer, not to mention the fact that I still love CoD4, makes me pretty wary of the price tag, especially since I still have to get Uncharted 2 at some point...

My local players here are reporting the MP is ok so far, not much lag. However theres no telling the experience will be the same 6 months later. If it keeps up however, i just might pick this one up.

And looks like Razor1911 just managed to successfully crack the game.

I heard that steam will blacklist your IP if it finds out........I hope Activision find Razor1911 and beats him up

Really? I was hoping the whole track and hunt you down and physically find you thing was actually real. Because that would be epic.

Heres some screens, nothing special i just left fraps running whilst playing multiplayer. Its also worth noting that multiplayer does have cut down visuals compared to single player. Imo screenies dont do this game justice.

I use a few cfg tweaks for multiplayer....

seta snaps "30"
seta cl_maxpackets "100"
seta com_maxfps "250"
seta cg_ScoresPing_MaxBars "5"
seta drawLagometer "1"

AA is on 2x
DOF is disabled

Although when you connect to other hosts if you have a decent connection there is no lag but with those settings i would be surprised if you saw any at all...oh and hit reg is better too.

Hehe, that banner is the 'joint' ops banner that is in the game. It seems the guys at IW do have a sense of humour after all.

The SCAR is an awesome weapon and im having lots of fun with it atm. I have it set up with duel attachments holographic sight and FMJ bullets.
