Moreover getting into a game of WOW is more hardcore as it has commands all over the place.

That said even with this backwards **** by IW I still think COD4 vets should get this the minute they can grab it for $50 or under because its worth it regardless of that.
You can play with a group of friends dude, it uses Steamworks. What's more, you can set all your options and maps and perks and such in the match if you can host. If you want to be a host for MW2 just make sure you have the best Internet your ISP provides and host all the matches, boom, done, and easier than renting a server.

So what is the issue?

Yeah, the singleplayer is epic. I almost think it moves too quickly and is too constantly impressive. The original had these breather moments with cool dialogue, but this one is just RUN RUN RUN all the time.

Still, amazing.

Yea, to be honest I wasn't a huge fan of the SP campaigns in the previous COD games, but MW2 is absolutely epic.

Yeah it was eh!! but i'm glad it was in the game game, it kinda gave you a first hand account on what the bad guys are like!! makes you want to hunt them down even more.
I guess it was pretty bad timing for IW with the whole Fort Hood shooting?

I totally agree, i have played a bit of MW 2 multiplay and it has been awesome. No lag, no bombing out, just works brilliantly and i am in New Zealand which would be the worst place on earth nearly for lag. To be honest i don't see what the complaining is about? The people who are complaining were probably never going to buy it in the first place and seem dead set on putting people off it?

Man, the COD SP have always rocked. favorite game series ever. I have no problem dropping $60, they are always well worth the money. And after I beat SP I go online for awhile, I get my money's worth with these games.

Spoiler question about the mission "Contingency", highlight to read:

Soooo... Cpt. Price sets off a nuke in our outer orbit to knock out the enemy technology, or to rile up the US to attack back, or what? I don't get it.

Couple of questions since I played a lot of the first modern warfare but not sure about IW changes with the new one and whether to pick it up.

The first MW had some great singleplayer moments but a lot of the time I would find myself sprinting just to cross the invisible check point. This was cause the AI wouldn't move up properly or cover when I would advance and the enemy just kept spawning.

Does it feel like this in the MW2 singleplayer?

Also I liked going on the same high player count server with the original and now we have this lower player count setup. Can someone list the max player counts for each scenario? One reason I will probably get this game even with all the mp negatives is cause CTF is back....How is it ?

Thx!
