Default 2 nvidia control pannels

Built a new system using the MSI NF980-G65. Using IG for now. Installed w7 64-bit home. Installed the nforce chipset drivers from the nvidia site because they where newer then what MSI posted. I installed the latest RealTek drivers from the MSI site. Now I have 2 nvidia control pannels in the windows control pannel. They appear to be the same.

Also, w7 list both newer video drivers and nvidia audio drivers but I'm not using nvidia audio, I'm using realtek right? ALC889 chip. Don't want drivers getting installed that will stomp on the right drivers. Already have windows update set to list only.
