3.6 Beta 2 has Win 7 thumbnail preview thingy support. Is pretty good. Using it instead of IE now due to the handy addons.

This is a windows 7 API feature that they have to specifically add support for. If the software in question doesn't add support for it, then all you get is the generic options.

3.7 should have full 7 support. Alphas are out for it.
