Hi i'm currently reinstalling windows and have a program (opencanvas 4.5) that i downloaded, my user for the company isn't working because i didn't realize i had only made a temporary account and i need to get the serial key before i reinstall. i wrote it down also on a piece of paper but someone thought it was garbage and threw it away. i've tried going into regedit but cannot find the program in it. there is no folder for opencanvas or portalgraphics which is the software developers name in HKEY_LOCALMACHINE software.

some companies hide their info on purpose, just for that reason.
did you check both Local machine and current user parts? also take a peek in Wow6432Node area
