Default Blackening of some screen areas

Hi!

I'm using XFCE4.8, and I seem to have a display problem when resizing the xfce4-terminal. Whenever I resize it, a large portion of my screen becomes black... This black area is always to the left of the terminal.

E.g., if I have the terminal in the upper right, grab its lower horizontal window frame and drag that down to the bottom of my screen, the left half of my screen goes black.

Also when I bring the terminal to the front after it having been covered behind other windows, or having been minimized, similar problems happen.

There are no error messages in /var/log/Xorg.0.log

I'm using:

$ lspci
.
02:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation GT216 [GeForce GT 320M] (rev a2)
.

$ uname -a
Linux asus 2.6.38.5 #1 SMP PREEMPT Tue May 3 22:43:56 CEST 2011 x86_64 GNU/Linux

With

$ dpkg --list nvidia* grep ^ii

I had the same issue with urxvt after updating to 270.41.06. Removing "URxvt.depth: 32" from my .Xdefaults stopped it for me, so I suggest looking for the equivalent setting for xfce4-terminal (till the issue is fixed).

Same happens with kde 4.6 when resizing kvirc window. Parts of the screen go black and don't repaint properly until I move a window over the affected areas.
