i must say Colin McRae would be disapointed about this game, in every new Colin McRae game there is less and less rally races.

DiRT had more rally

there are more people complaining about game issues with ati card, maybe the reason for delay is that ATI is working on some quick hotfix.

By install I ment download. People are not letting the download finish before trying to start the game.

And if its an ATI problem why does it work fine for me? I didnt go out of my way to get the game working.

And I quite enjoy the game its got enough rally.

Is that really all it has?
I hate the rally cross races and was looking forward to some good single car rally races. I already know it's one of those dumb games that put you in the game/race before you get to setup any controllers or graphics, I think that's really dumb. I also do not like the water effect. Sure it looks nice but umm unless that water is like four to five feet deep I don't beleive it would spray up on windshield like that completely blocking your view. Seems like they went too far just to showcase some dumb effect. I may not be getting this.

there are 3 courses, consisting of 2 parts each (they have 2 short parts, and then 1 long which consist of the two short ones combined)

Croatia, China, and Malaysia, and by Rally i maean traditional Rally with co-driver, not any of that gatecrasher, trailblazer, rallycross etc..

btw, by courses i mean actual courses, not the repeat under a different name

as far as real traditional rally is concerned, then yes. Colin McRae is cursing at Codemasters from heaven.

You know I thought that codemasters might have stepped upto the plate & made a full "proper" Rally game in honnor of mr Mc Crash (last propper CM game was CM2 imo & last proper rally game was RBR) but it seems there just happy to keep dragging his name through the dirt (pun intented)

I wonder if anyone has approched Seb about tacking his name onto a rally sim?

Yes, as you progress through the game you earn several different dash and mirror 'toys' to decorate your cars interior.

I'm at level 18 now and am finding the game getting a bit tired because while I'm still unlocking new races the actual courses are repeats of the earlier ones I've already raced on.

Sure hope they come out with some DLC new tracks or a track editor. Game would be a huge PC hit for a long time if they put out an editor and SDK.

Are the graphics a big upgrade from the console version? The screenshots look sharper with better textures but they don't wow me.
