I cain't do it y'all. My brother brought it while visiting, and I tried over a dozen times to ski down the hill with the foot pad thingy to no avail. I'd start off fine, but after a couple of turns, I'd start losing my balance. I couldn't even stand on the damn thing for more than about 15 seconds at the most.
I have great hand-eye coordination, and I'm great at all sorts of games, especially FPS games. But when it comes to eye-foot coordination...y'all should see it. I wish I had had a video of it. Everyone in the room was laughing until they were crying. The last time I tried, I ended up falling flat on my back. That's right, I didn't just stagger off the pad, I fell off the damn thing into the floor. I don't think I'll be playing "wavy-wavy, fall on your ass" Nintendo Wii anymore. ![]() |

Gentlemen, the reason I posted this story is because I WASN'T DRUNK! Why would I bother posting something like that? Falling down because I've been drinking doesn't happen, I can't get drunk enough to do that anymore. It's the tolerance or something else, I just don't stagger anymore, even after a whole bottle of whiskey.
No, the reason I posted is that the pad and the on-screen video just do something to my brain. It's like bloody vertigo, only I don't get dizzy at all. I don't know how to explain it other than to say... FAIL! ![]() |

Ok, then maybe you should START drinking, then try it...
Some people do things better while drunk because they are able to let loose. JUST DO IT. |

It's about 50/50 when I play it. I'm on the tips of my toes leaning forward and sometimes stagger forward, but have never fallen down.
