190.42 and 195.22 ignores powermizer settings
I can't get my nvidia card to obey my powermizer settings in either 190.42 or 195.22. It is stuck in the lowest setting, which has terrible performance, and completely ignores my nvidia-settings choice of "prefer maximum performance".
