Angry Possible linux problem

I just installed Linux/Debian kernel 2.4.18-1-K7 as a second OS on my system, which also has Windows XP Pro SP1. I haven't been able to use the GUI xdm, b/c I don't have the correct driver for my logitech USB wheelmouse optical. My problem is, when the system loads, and I select the partition containing windows in LILO, after I login to windows, my video card isn't being recognized. I have to disable then enable the driver in the system properties in the control panel. This happens everytime. It shows the yellow exclamatoin mark icon next to my nvidia driver. I'm using the GeForceMX 32mb AGP video card. Any suggestions

There should be no difference whether you use one of the Linux bootloaders (lilo, grub), the Windows bootloader (ntldr) or a 3rd party product like partition magic.
I think it is pretty unlikely that this is a Linux problem.
