No, in this game you have honor meter, and you can play as a good guy. But if you want to, you can shoot everyone you see, steal horses etc, and become wanted/bad guy. The last trailer specifically details that option.

Yeah, this game seems to be following the same release theory coming out in early 2010, so maybe we will get a PC port for Christmas.

I still worry the low sales and constant complaints about GTA4 will turn them off a port though.

If this comes out on PC later on I will buy it for that (if it lives up to my personal expectations), even though I am planning on buying the PS3 version at launch. This just seems like a game that will be amazing and should have a lot of extra crap to do.

If I have a PS3 again when it launches I doubt I can resist getting it. If I don't I probably can.

GTA4 was one of the few games I could not wait on and I played it through on the 360. Mass Effect was another.

This is now my most anticipated game of '10

The graphics look great for an open world game, but it's the physics and animation that stands out the most in the trailers. It looks like the core fundamentals are all there and very well polished, it's just up to the missions and mission system whether it will be a 10/10 game or a bit repetitive and dull like GTA4 was at times. If anything, at least this will be refreshing - not just with the setting, also because you aren't forced to be a jack of all trades criminal.

At least with the missions you wont have the cell phone ringing all the time with somebody wanting to go bowling and get negative rep if you turn them down because you are busy.
