I should, due to lack of buildings, but you never know. The engine isn't PC friendly.

Sure there's lack of buildings, but there's a lot of grass and other surfaces.

It could run worse.

Maybe, don't upset the PCers though ViN, they are jilted enough as it is that Red Dead will probably never come to PC.

oh well.. kicks booty on the 360. I'm enjoying the heck out of it. At no point during the countless hours I've been playing have I sat there and said "you know, I wish i were playing this on PC"

Exactly. It's a masterpiece no matter the system. The mature way Rockstar approached the story, especially the ending makes it one of, if not the best game I've played.

Honestly, the way the controls and shooting are setup, it works much better with a controller. I don't think it would translate very well to PC.

True, I play GTAIV on PC with my 360 controller. Much finer control of cars, plus the lock on aiming is actually easier. ::

Man, what a beautiful game. I've been playing it almost non-stop in past few days. It's really addicting. I'm not even half way in the game... so much to do. The story is excellent and mature. I'm shocked at some parts where it's pretty brutal... but what do you expect from Rockstar. One of best games around.

If there's ever going to be a PC version of it, I'd re buy it like I did with GTAIV on Steam.

It has some really beautiful music in it as well, especially the vocal pieces that play just once after a certain mission. Riding through West Elizabeth with Compass playing with the sun poking through the forest and fog was one of the best moments in gaming IMHO.

sounds poetic.

In all seriousness though, thinking about getting a console to play this. Xbox is dropping their prices so I might get one of the lower end ones.

same was said by some about GTA4, and yet it played better with K+M. Chopper was a bit harder, had to use numpad.
