virtualbox crashes xorg with nv/nvidia driver but works with vesa

That also includes the relevant nvidia-bug-report.

I start up virtualbox, it works fine, I start up citrix inside virtualbox (which goes fullscreen inside the virtual machine) and X instantly dies.

//edit, after more review this seems to be just general unstability I'm getting with the original bugreport.

cloned an old install on my first setup, so to rule out any problems with old data I did a complete reinstall of the latest ubuntu on a seperate partition.

With nvidia things seem stable (I haven't tested THAT long though), nvidia however is defenatly unstable with basic desktop usage (with desktop effects on).
