I'd suggest taking the 4gig file and tossing it into your active utorrent folder and launching utorrent with the metadata file for it. It likely isn't completely done done. I ran into that as well.

You really shouldn't be in that much of a rush, unsurprisingly the game is somewhat buggy. The graphics are really nice mind you, and the combat is ... different. I haven't decided if it is better or worse than the standard, right now it is just different.

ps: the chick I made in game is HOT!

Got to play a bit last night. The game ran slow and buggy but graphics' very well done. My character looks hot. The combat is different, just need to keep playing to get the idea how things work. So far, I'm liking it so definitely going to pre-order it.

I hope they add proper multi-core support and tweak the game so it run fairly well.

HORRIBLE GAME! Absolute garbage! I am very easy to please with games but this game just made me mad. The combat isn't different, it is crap, utter and complete crap.

It probably is.. you should start as a marauder, no matter what class you want to be. You get to change classes by simply changing weapons to that class.

Now if the beta would only stop crashing, or having login issues... I may have to cancel my pre-order at this rate.

Seems like bugs of this magnitude should be limited to a closed beta or pre-beta phase. By making it open beta they are likely going to be turning people away from the game.

It's the combat system. It sucks. The targeting system is even worse.

I have had no problems with the game. It is solid for me, except for lower frame rates. That will prolly be fixed at later dates.

Are you under NDA? Can you post some screens Stubing?

Me and a buddy are thinking about trying this when it comes out in a few weeks. Not sure, the word of mouth has been mixed and we're not in beta. We both have i7 rigs with DX11 cards.
