Default Low power WHS storage build

I'm planning a new build and need some advice. I need a machine that will run WHS (which I have ready to install), and I want to have lots of storage. I've been looking at the Atom mobo/combo's and cases but all the cases only have like 1 or 2 drive capacity. I think I'd like more than that. Can I use a micro atx system and still get the low power ability of the itx systems??

if you could also build an atx system with low power sempron

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103698

mini atx board would let you be more flexible with more storabe options

Wow, I could use my fav gigabyte m-atx board with that cpu! Is there a fan-less cooler that can be used with it?

Well all those boards have quality on board video which I will not need (and use less power without). I want this to be just a basic file server/print server/backup server running WHS

If you want a low power setup it is important to choose your PSU correctly. There are quite a few PSUs that will draw peak power even when they are not using it. In general your looking for a DC-DC VRM design with a 80+ rating. Getting anything less will just be wasting the money you saved on getting other quality parts.

but they also have more sata ports, which is plus for more storage, itx boards usually have max 2 sata ports.
