card: PNY Technologies GeForce 210 512MB DDR2 PCIe 2.0 x16 Graphics Card
condition: brand new from store what works: text mode, vesa what doesn't work: nouveau, nvidia apparent problem: driver cannot initialize card connection: PCIe to board, VGA to LCD distribution: Fedora 12 (i386) Just as an FYI, I only have about 5 days to get this working, if I can't, I need to return it to the store and get another, or at least verify that it works completely in Windows. I am willing to work with anyone interested to get it working however. Last edited by pembo13; 12-27-09 at 04:22 PM. Reason: adding attachments |

Thank you, I don't know how comes I had missed that error message.
For anyone who finds this later, the solution was adding vmalloc=192MB to my kernel parameters in GRUB |
