Well, I'm waiting for the rest of my parts to ship in, but my Asus P6X58D is here and its looking sexy.

Anyone else have one yet?

Still waiting on a Xeon W3520, Noctua NH-D14 and 12GB of G.Skill PC12800 and I just bought a 1 TB Western Digital HD.

That looks very hot. Very very hot. Let us know how solid it runs.

My p6t Deluxe just died. No retailers had any of these in stock so I got a Rampage II Gene instead.

Looks very sexy! Think Asus should stick to the Black/Red coloring though.
EDIT: Did you check the cpu compatibility of the board; some OC features are locked on some asus boards with xeon
processors?
EDIT2: Forget the above; asus have had proper support for xeons since May.

I'm looking at this board for a potential upgrade, as I want to jump on the USB 3.0 bandwagon early, and get some SSDs with it as well. The only thing that turned me off to it was apparently its 3 PCIe slots run at x16/x8/x8 or x16/x16/x1. My current vanilla P6T runs at x16/x16/x4, somehow providing more lanes than this board does. I like that configuration because it still gives me full 2x16 from two cards in SLI, while providing a decent x4 bandwidth to a PhysX card. I'd prefer not to either gimp one of my SLI cards, or have a completely useless PhysX card in x1 bandwidth.

I got the same board and am currently in the process of installing it. Im on my notebook taking a break. Im removing my chipset loop and old video card loop so im back to one loop for watercooling. I have plans for some even more amazing watercooling on another project. I got this board a 920 and 12GB of some 1600mhz G.skill. im stripping my system down bair its hard to belieave how much **** i packed into my PC. I pulled out about 2 grand worth of stuff.

Anyways im hoping for some great ocs with this board as it will be watercooled. with my 3x120 res.

Turns out the xeon is going to take about 2 weeks to get here so.. lame.

About the pcie configuration, it doesn't bother me as I only use one card and it has a regular pci slot.

Hopefully the CPU gets here before I am old and grey. :P

And you never run the risk of springing a leak, which is how my P6T Deluxe died.

CPU cooler and ram are here, this thing is massive.

Second picture the cooler is just resting there, not fully mounted.

Nice you got the same memory as me too. which by the way I was able to overclock the memory to 1870mhz with 1.65v

Current stable overclock is 4.4Ghz w/ 1.42v still testing 4.5ghz had to had more volts.

Noctua NH-D14, it comes with a 140mm and a 120mm fan. Its pretty jumbo.

Cant wait to overclock on this thing, hopefully my ram is comparable to yours Kasu.
