Default VT-switching works only if no TV is attached, zapping works always

FreeBSD 7.2-STABLE
xorg-server-1.6.1
NO hald or dbus crap
nvidia0: <GeForce 7300 LE> on vgapci0
Nvidia driver: 185.18.14

A DFP is connected to the DVI port of the card.
A TV is connected to the Cinch-Port of the card.

Zapping (Ctrl-Alt-Backspace) works always, the server teminates and drops
to the console.
VT-switching (Ctrl-Alt-Fn) switches to the VT but the cursor is in the upper left
corner and keypresses are ignored. However, by pressing Alt-F8 I can return to
the X session and everything is OK there.

When I start the X-server without the TV being connected, VT-switching works.

I have attached the Xorg.log files for both cases, their diff and the xorg.conf.
I have also played around by loading the int10 module and played with its
options. Nothing changes.

Any idea whats going on here?

I have no solution, sorry, I just wanted to confirm the problem.
Not exactly with the TV output, but in general I can't switch to the console for some months (http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=128200).
I have two cards, one of them with DVI and VGA connected (GS7300) and the "main" card (7300GT) has only DVI connected.
If I terminate X I don't see the console, just one blinking cursor upper left.
But typing works!!! I can blindly log in, execute arbitrary commands etc...

This is bothering me long enough, so please tell us the switch to enable console again
Just kidding, but I wonder if nvidia can reproduce this.

That's different here: I can exit X and the console and all VTs are back.

While trying a different second card I found out that the problem exists only with two nvidia cards.
I did some more testing and also found out that even with 2 cards installed, but no active screens on second card, VT-switching and restarting X works fine.
As soon as I acivate one screen on the second card, VT-switching doesn't work anymore and restarting X takes 20 seconds extra delay with garbagded display output (almost every time the same, regular pattern). The same delay occurs when terminating X, so shutting down becomes extra annoying!
I hope somebody is interested in fixing this problem and I could help a bit.
