Read-only can't get it to hold
Okay I want to alter some files on my c:\ drive and when I try to save the files, it won't let me because Read Only is checked. I have admin privledges and I even give myself "full control" of the folder but read only checks back on right after I disable it. What the heck am I missing!?! It was never this hard in vista.

Tried using the command line?
attrib -r filename.xxx
