I had a very long discussion with the main dude at the gigabyte forums, and he told me to RMA it ASAP, not to take any chances, just do it. And that was in September.
The idiots at Gigabyte tech support are of no help at all. none.
I am getting no stability issues or anything like that. Computer runs at rock solid stability with the daily tasks and all games I have tried, even stressing ones like crysis and STALKER.
I really need to get my ass outside and actually check how much it will cost me to send this thing in.

If so, I will buy a gig board RIGHT now.
Repair my gaming rig for me, and I'll come pick 'em up. The kids can ride in the bed of the truck.

It is a great board, and I was able to get it to 4.0 at stock voltages. However, the voltage going to the CPU was not consistent. Under stress (even without OC) vcore would fluctuate GREATLY, and peak out at over 1.56 vcore.

I have another question though, should I have registered my motherboard when I got it? or filled out some form? How will they know that I am the original owner?

Don't most board CPU voltages increase when stressing CPU's 100%? Mine do.

Do you have Load Line Calibration on your motherboard Bob? Have you tried enabling it?
