This sucks. I liked half life 2. I think the episodes were some of the most interesting games I've played. They added cool game play elements and the source engine upgrades have been interesting. I love the feel of half life.

perhaps you mean concrete shoes? cement is a powder, about the consistency of talc, and would be impossible to make shoes or any other garment out of.

I'm puzzled. You know that it's concrete, but pretend not to know how to make shoes out of it. Are you affiliated with the mafia, or was the river too shallow?

Much like CS, DOD, Portal and Garry's Mod.
That will be very hard to do. The above listed mods were done by a group of say 5 or less people. Black mesa on the other hand is done by a rather large group of people, I think there's at least a good 25 of them, not to mention the people who volunteered as face models and voice actors. They'd have find licensing terms that all of these people would agree to if they wanted to buy it. The legal work alone would probably cost more than it would be worth to them.

Not necessarily... what they said has a certain degree of logic into it... so what if they need to spend some cash? anyway in that sense, we wouldn't be getting the mod for free, we would have to pay a little for it, instead.

In that sense, I prefer the mod being like it is... but Valve taking over it could be a good idea, at least, the development wouldn't be so fkin' slow... at this rate, it can compete with DNF ¬¬
