The only way of archiving "AA" in Dead Space is by making a custom downsampling resolution, but it needs to be set at 60hz or else the game doesn't recognize the resolution.

Try copying out all the contents of the game disk out into your hard disk and install directly from there. Sometimes it helps.

I should reinstall this game sometime. I know my friend is too afraid to play it. He quit the game the moment he loaded to the main menu.

He did that, he wound up getting the steam version.

I got my 19 year old daughter to play for a while. She's into guitar hero, racing games etc and played Doom 3 coop and Halo with me....

She wasn't ready for Dead Space

I bet the neighbors thought about calling the police after they heard the screams

She REALLY gets into a video game
