Alien, Aliens, Alien 3 and Predator were good flicks. The rest could be removed from the franchise and nobody would care.

Alien 3? You cannot be serious.

It WOULD'VE been cool had they kept it like the preview first announced. "On Earth".. but instead Newt, Hicks & the droid bite the dust and the whole movie all of the thugs are just trying to bone Sigourney while outrunning the "Alien" on foot amidst all the crappy camera chase angles

Alien 3 was terrible compared to the first two, yet it was still far better than Alien 4. What a POS that was...

AvP was a pile of stinking crap. It's only redeeming quality was Bishop making an appearance.

If thats how you view L4D, wont AVP just be:
run. shoot. run. shoot. run. shoot. zomg aliens! *snorefest*?

It´s a 8 player game, 4 player teams with 2 asymetrical "factions", one of those happens to be clad as special infected zombie types.
And it can be a nice 4 player coop game, but that has far less replay value IMO.

Anyway, to stay remotely on topic here, I really loved the first AVP game back when, I havent really dared get much hopes up for this new one, I have a hard time seeing this being a great MP game for some reason.
Maybe it´s just the how things tend to turn out being more adapted for consoles these days.
But here´s hoping, the fact that they´ve bothered with DX11 and Steamworks support seems to say they´re putting some effort into the PC version.
Either way, might be worth it just for the coop.

What we need is a game with Aliens vs Zombies. Now THAT would be awesome...Predator can come to the party, too.
