questions regarding NV 3d Vision. I don't care about the 3D aspect, just the triple monitor setup.
I have two 19" 4:3 1280x1024 (DVI connected) monitors currently. I would like to place a high-end monitor between them. I have several questions about problems that may crop up. 1. What do you all believe would be the best size for a 16:9 monitor to complement the 4:3 monitors height wise? 2. Would the height resolution of 1080 cause that much discrepancy in the graphics with the other monitors at 1024? 3. Do they all have to be the same refresh rate of 60hz? 4. Is it fine that they will all be DVI? Thanks. EDIT: Great googley moogley my signature is out of date!

1. Looks like a 24" would be perfect. It will be about 1/2" bigger than the 19" monitors.
2. Being 1/2" over it will fit perfectly with the other 1024 res height. 3. Still don't know if I an go with a higher refresh rate with the center monitor... 4. Yes.

I was wondering how you're going to be able to power that resolution with a 7900GS

"All displays must have a common resolution, refresh rate, and sync polarity" From;
http://www.nvidia.com/object/3dv-sys...echnology.html So i don't think you can mix and match different res lcds. With 3d you even have to use the same model due to shutter timings.

I could have swore I've seen setups with the side monitors rotated at 90 degrees. Maybe that was a crossfire setup...
Just to make things slightly clearer, I'm running a 465 on a EVGA SLI FTW mobo now.
