Default Geforce 3 Ti 200

That is my current video card. I am currently play Counter-Strike and lately my FPS (Frames Per Second) seems to drop dramtically from 100 to like 10 then back. It does it every so often while Im playing. I was just wondering if you guys could tell me why or how I could fix this. I also have the latest drivers for nVidia and DirectX.

My Specs are: AMD Athlon XP 1700+, 1.47 GHz, 512 Ram.

Talking ahem...

hum... this is very bad indeed... I think you have to switch to linux... or it it is already done you should remove DirectX from your linux system.
