Default [solved] separate x screen not working on kde 4.3.4 / stuttering prob on 2nd monitor

Hi,
i have one lcd an one tv monitor so i'd like to set "separate x screen" configuration , but the second monitor seems not working, it appear black with just the x mouse icon. !?

i tried nvidia drivers 190.53 and 195.36.03 same issue
i run kde 4.3.4
is there some workaround or fix to try?

(in xfce is working)

KDE 4 does not support more than one X screen.

thx for the reply! im tring to switch in separate x screen to solve the stuttering problem about streaming all kind of media (from divx to 1080p movie) i getting crazy, but i can watch a movie perfectly using only one monitor.

im using Mplayer SVN-r30479-4.4.3 (vdpau)
ATOM 330 ION (512 mb video ram)
2x1gb ddr2

this is my xorg, i hope you can help me (again!)

I would recommend using VDPAU for video display, and then using the VDPAU_NVIDIA_SYNC_DISPLAY_DEVICE environment variable documented in the README to make it sync to the appropriate display.

it solved my problem...
i think it's a so easy trick set an env var that it would be nice to find an option in the next nvidia-settings panel version
