well idk how loud the 295's are or w/e my 260's are quiet i use evga precision to turn the fan speed sup to 70% but it doesn't bother me

Quad SLI was even more kickass, but I decided to sell one because the heat and noise were overwhelming.

Honestly that low price of 299$ seems reasonable for the GTX 470 after seeing nvidia's own benchmark of unigine heaven. It really wouldn't bode well for nvidia if they tried selling a card, that offers the same performance as the competitor, for a premium.
I'm guessing these are going to be priced very competitively. ![]()
