In the download section, the network usage is great for people that have a cap on their bandwidth, still testing it out. It is pretty slow for me.

my steam (old style layout) is running VERY slow lately. It goes into unresponsive state as soon as i start it up, and begins responding maybe 1 minute later.

Weird, I just installed the new UI and it's running very quickly for me. Enjoying it very much.

One thing I wondered about for people having graphical issues - I made sure to turn off my custom skin before installing the new UI, and I wonder if maybe that could be an issue?

Enjoying this tremendously...

The UI update is very nice. However, it's reinstalling America's Army 3 on my system. I had downloaded it a while ago to check it out. It's the first game on my list and the next one is Call of Duty MW2 (Single and Multi). I wonder if those who had MW2 reinstall had it first on their list?

It's been a while...any news on when this is going live? Since I reinstalled in March I'm using the current Steam client (original).

Not sure.

I have been using the beta this whole time and it is pretty amazing. A lot of updates have made things more stable and smoother and cleaner

I was using the beta one day, and i was ingame talking to Bob. And all of a sudden when I go back to the steam in-game everything I typed was backwards. "it was like this." ".siht ekil saw ti"

Bob wouldn't believe me
There are some kinks they have to still iron out with it though, so I don't think that it will go beta anytime soon. Possibly the next 2 months or so, is my guess.
