Supreme Commander 2 PC demo released on Steam

As promised by Gas Powered Games' head man Chris Taylor earlier this week, a single player demo for Supreme Commander 2 has now been released. It looks to be a Steam exclusive and contains two tutorial missions and two missions for the United Earth Federation faction.

Along with the release of the demo via Steam comes word that the full version of the sci-fi RTS game will be the latest to support Valve's Steamworks developer tools. That includes things like Steam achievements, leaderboards and more. Both downloadable and retail versions of Supreme Commander 2 will support Steamworks when they are released by publisher Square Enix on March 2.
