Default 'Feature' request: accelerated non anti-aliased fonts

Since my last posts about the speed interaction of the binary nvidia driver with KDE 4 much work has been done and resulted in more and more acceptable 'snappiness' of the 2d composition window behavior.
-Thanks NVIDIA!

After you spend time to the slow bitmap font rendering, it wouldn't be a huge problem to get more accelerated non anti-aliased fonts?!

You can prove it by e.g resizing a dolphin window (with much contained text columns) with the settings
a) anti aliased font (fast)
b) non anti font (slow
In case of b) even a quadcore it's much slower.
(basically if you don't know the specific problems of the nvidia driver you shouldn't expect this way round)

Beside me I'll guess there should be much more people out there who prefer high contrast non anti-aliased fonts for there GUI (here tahoma) and aliased fonts for flow-text with a specific font-config.

e.g. mine:
<?xml version='1.0'?>
<!DOCTYPE fontconfig SYSTEM 'fonts.dtd'>
<fontconfig>
<match target="font">
<edit mode="assign" name="rgba">
<const>none</const>
</edit>
</match>
<match target="font">
<edit mode="assign" name="hinting">
<bool>true</bool>
</edit>
</match>
<match target="font">
<edit mode="assign" name="hintstyle">
<const>hintfull</const>[/size]
</edit>
</match>
<match target="font">
<edit mode="assign" name="antialias">
<bool>true</bool>
</edit>
</match>
<match target="font">
<test name="family">
<string>Tahoma</string>
</test>
<edit mode="assign" name="antialias">
<bool>false</bool>
</edit>
</match>
</fontconfig>

Another thing, just because of interrest:
Wondering why -in case of not using special effects- the general 2d window rendering is still faster with a 'xrendering setting' and not a 'opengl setting' of Kwin?

I think many people would change to the nouveau-driver for a fast working gui, if these very basic problems aren't solved in a short time. (in the 'windowedDOS-world' that were problems you dealed with 10 years before)
