360 will not work with HDMI on my HDTV,

So all other devices I have work fine w/ HDMI on my TV except the 360.

I've tried resetting the console display settings and all the other things I've found via Google, but to no avail.

Anyone else have a similar issue?

Dont't worry. connect it via component. You should have the same quality

And lose 15% of your screen space around the border! If all else fails, connect with VGA.

So what, just a black screen?
Tried hooking up both component and hdmi at the same time, fiddling with the system settings and getting hdmi to go? Try forcing the resolution down to 720p.
