Disable Physx if that's on - imo it doesn't add a whole lot to the game and even with a GTX 480 it helped out my frames some.

FYI - I think some of the guys running multi gpu rigs still said this game was a beast to run at it's highest detail.

I have a dedicated Physx card. You do need a NASA supercomputer to run this game.

Yeah, saw it in your sig. I think it was slaWter maybe running tri-SLI..or maybe just dual 480s, said he was really surprised at how demanding this game is.

EDIT - back at page 14 of this thread they were discussing this.

I must have my account setup differently. I only see 13 pages total in this thread. No surprise, it completely taxes my 285 at med settings with 2x AA.

With rig in my sig I have to leave adv. DX11 features + physx disabled to keep my frames from tanking.

I would LOVE to see this game on a quality display at full settings and smooth....

It's simply not that good of an engine. It's far more demanding than it should be based on the final presentation.

it sure is a hardware a** kicker! I would like to see that also. Probably gonna be a while before I do. Was thinking about getting another 285 during tax season and doing SLI, but I have my reservations about that. Having a single card seems to be the easiest way to go.
