Default 9800GT and OpenGL 4.0?

Possible? if not, then Do you planned make hardware/software tessellation via OpenGL 3.3 extensions and/or OpenCL?

afaik, opengl 4.0 is for GTX 4xx and HD5xxx dx11 hardware.

Ok I anderstand. But why don't make half-software tessellation via OpneCL/CUDA?

No, they wouldn't because they haven't released hardware that can do it yet. You won't see it until the 400-series hardware is released.

Give me at least one reason why would they?? You wouldn't buy new hardware that way would you? There's no point of implementing such a feature.

Just wait till hardware with tessellation gets a bit cheaper and upgrade

No, tessellation is part of the OpenGL 4.0 core, which is supported by the recently-announced GeForce GTX 470 and 480.
