Either upgrade your hard drive yourself and install all the games you play to it, or get a new 360 with a bigger hard drive (the unit itself will be quiter) and install your games to that.

Either way, installing the games to the hard drive is a must. Otherwise the damn console sounds like a jet engine. Jasper is a little better, at least it runs a lot cooler.

Mine is quiet with games installed. I can only hear two fans rotating.

Its like 60% of how loud my pc is

My default running fan on my Jasper is loud. The DVD drive is actually not that bad. The Jasper running idle is louder than my PC (Antec 900 with side window fan).
