Default GT 130M throttling doesn't work

hi all,
i have a GeForce GT 130M in my laptop, with driver 195.36.15 - kernel 2.6.31.5 (custom) - X.org server 1.6.5 (all 64 bit)
my card doesn't reach his reference clock, because powermizer cannot go over 275 mhz (gpu) (max is 600, view in configuration, reviews and in win7)
any idea to solve it?

there are plenty of threads about powermizer bugs. For now you can just do same as everyone else affected - wait and pray.
