Nvidia 210 no Monitor signal

Hi,

I just bought a Nvidia 210 and put in my system. When I power on the PC i see the BIOS boot splash with no problem, then after a few seconds the screen goes blank. If i try to go into BIOS setup the screen will blank out as well.

Can someone explain what is going on? I just upgraded from a 8400.

I was thinking it was power based so i disconnected all extra devices (2 HD, 2 QAM Tuners, USB devices) and the problem still occurred. I have a 400w PSU so it should be able to power my AMD x2, video card, 1 hdd, and MB.
