I leave my 260 at 100% fan speed all the time. I don't mind the noise that people seem to complain about. So my temps are going to be a lot lower then this, as the cards weren't even close to running at 100% fan speed. My card idles a lot lower then my buddies, and even during games his card being identical runs hotter as the noise seems to bother him, so he leaves his fan set to auto.

I leave my GTX 275 set to 75% fan at idle until it hits over 80C then it is set to crank up to 100%. The fan at 75% is noticeably the loudest fan in the case but not loud enough to bother me. It lets the card idle at 35-40C depending on ambient temps.
