According to Nvidia that will be fixed with an updated bios before the cards ship.

The card in 2D clocks at 400/925 when two monitors are enabled, not 50/65 or whatever crazy low frequency it normally operates at. Same deal with 58xx, 400/1200 instead of 150/whatever, except it seems to be broken and people are complaining about 2D performance issues. They have to use Tray tools to set custom 2d clocks.
