main thing seems to be the 64bit support. i think only ps in cs4 has 64bit support.

Wow ouch $999 for Photoshop alone. I remember when I bought PS 3.0, my scanner had v3 LE included and the upgrade to full was $99.

Sure for the extended version it's $999. But the standard edition upgrade is only $199. That's a pretty reasonable price if you ask me. And look how far it's come since PS3.0 ....

Content aware fill in PS5 looks pretty sick, would be the only thing that would get me to upgrade.

That is assuming you are qualified to upgrade (ie you have CS3 or better now). Otherwise it's $699.
