Smile First Look at The GIMP's Up and Coming 2.8 features

Finally. The GIMP will get some killer features we have been waiting for and already has them in the development version 2.7.x.

Here's a video I made showing such features. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ewtq3IHHASg

Features include:

Single interface window with docked panels like Adobe Photoshop CS.

Layer groups.

Changeable aspect ratio and rotatable brushes.

Tabbed window canvas.

Another good thing about that release is that editing in non-default colorspaces while viewing real colors will be pushed in the CVS tree when this release is all done and cooked. Gogogo!
