No, isn't the Bad Company series owned by EA? And so is respawn, right?

If they have a team that consists mostly of IW, I wonder if they will give the Bad Company 3 game to them or Dice again (assuming there is a BC3).

It wouldn't surprise me if Respawn Studios were given the next MoH to develop (not the one released this fall but the one after it).
