Why buy a 470???

Hey, Wait.. What did you figure out? Motherboard flaw? I'm running a gtx 470 + 8800gtx for Physx... Is that the way to go? Is it quicker that way? or slower?

Some motherboard manfactures split the bus when a second card is added even if it is not used in SLI config. For me it is not worth having my 8800 in the second slot due to this fact. It was dragging my game down about 10 FPS having the second card installed. Eventually I will test my 4X slot which may not effect my 16X slot. Also at this time I'm not playing any Physics enabled games anyway. What motherboard are u usin?
