Yeah, I can't see you enjoying this game. Magus? Maybe... you? No.

The only thing that stopped me from replaying the game right after I finished was RDR, after I'm done with that, it's time for another round. The last game I wanted to replay this soon was KotOR
![]() I've also seen people, that finished the game 3 or more times already, it's crazy. |

I hear the choices go insane after Saudi Arabia, which I am looking forward to. The early part is more gameplay focused and I still like it.
This game is getting a lot of praise from old school RPG lovers on forums, but a lot of crap from others. It's really a lot like Deus Ex, only without the open levels (so far) and with technical issues. Still, no game-breaking glitches so far... just some minor AI issues and a general lack of polish. Lack of quick save is annoying.

Annoying, but understandable. This game is all about choices, that you can't easily take back.
The game doesn't lack quality. People were expecting Mass Effect type gameplay and they were wrong. Sure it could/should have been more polished, but it's still a great game. |

I expect guns to shoot where I aim. Duck Hunt gave me that years ago... AP apparently doesn't.

They do, but you either have to spend enough points or be patient. If you aim long enough and the target doesn't move, you will always hit it. More points you have, the quicker it gets.

Hunt, if you played and like Bloodlines, you will probably like this, if not then go play Blood Money you, you bumhead! There I said it. I'm sorry it came to that, and if it were possible to edit posts while typing them I surely would go back and withdrawn that outburst.

I heard that some of the mini games are just horrible, like the computer hacking one.

You can make it much easier, either by spending points, which gives you more time and less things to worry about or you can get some equipment. You can also carry something, that shortcircuits the whole thing, but gives you access afterwards, but I couldn't carry that much with my spy equipment. |

I have to say though, I just woke up today and I am very excited to play more Alpha Protocol. Like Morrowind or Timeshift this is going to be a game certain people love and a lot of people dismiss outright. The comments Hunt makes against this game could be leveled against Deus Ex, which is PC Gamer's best game of all time and mine as well, so obviously he is not the target audience. Depends on what you want from the game. Good story, choice and actual RPG consequences? Alpha Protocol has it. Polished shooter like Mass Effect? Nope.

This game badly needs a demo to attract more people, including my on the fence self.
