Default VDPAU 10 bit color support

I am currently developing software to decode and render H264 video with 10 bit depth in the luma and chroma channels. Are there any plans to add VDPAU support for H264 profiles (such as High10) which support this? Can the hardware even support this (I'm using an Quadrp FX-1800).

Thanks,
EricE

Could you test if 10-bit output does work with current MPlayer svn and -vo gl? It was implemented, but remains untested afaik. (I assume you are patching libavcodec to decode High10, if not, you could test with v210.)
If it does not work, it should be possible to implement 10 bit presentation via VDPAU.
Hardware decoding High10 is currently impossible with consumer hardware (including Nvidia Quadro), afaik.

I don't believe current HW supports the High10 profile at all. I'm not aware of any plans to support it. Sorry.
