Exclamation G210 problem on HP proliant ML115 and Centos5

I want to use a Geforce G210 on my HP Proliant ML115 (a quad core AMD cpu) with Centos 5.
I used the NVIDIA-Linux-x86-195.36.24-pkg1.run driver. During install there was an error stating that the kernel doesn't have the 'CONFIG_SYSVIPC' enabled. But this kernel has it !

The error was: Shared memory test failed (Invalid argument): please check that your kernel has CONFIG_SYSVIPC enabled.

After reboot, the graphics interface starts, but after loading the initial services, only the NVIDIA graphics logo is displayed twice, but the X server is unable to start.

Attached is the error log. Can you help me???
