Any problems with digital cable using tv tuner in media center?

I'm planning on buying one of the new Dell Zino HD's to replace my blu ray player and dvr.

What I want to know is will I still be able to watch my premium hd channels like hbo hd, fox soccer hd, espn hd through a media center box while using a tv tuner.

Any recommendations for a usb TV tuner?
