I thought Fable 2 was alright, I played it on my friends now dead 360 elite. It definitely had it's good moments. Not buying a 360 just for Fable 3 though so if this is true i'll be giving it a try on pc.

still can't believe, that microsoft one of the biggest anti-pc gaming forces actually will let fable2 be released.

what suprises me even more is the fact that is might be with no to minimal delay.

Color me surprised as well. MS pulled this one out of nowhere, maybe they have a few more pro-PC tricks up their sleeves.

Shopping at other stores won't hurt you, I promise.

This is good news... maybe this is a sign of more PC development to come. Dare we hope for Halo Reach? Crackdown 2? Gears of War 3?

Of course all those would annoy me the same way this release does... no Fable 2? Why? Having the first and third with no second on my shelf will be a little annoying, not to mention Fable 3 is a direct continuation of Fable 2 from what I have read on the wiki.

Maybe MS' secret plan is to get everyone to play and enjoy Fable 3, then tell them the only way to play Fable 2 is to buy an Xbox.

It has nothing to do with my like or dislike of Steam, it has to do with limiting yourself to one store being kind of silly.

You can add any game to your Steam launcher... why does it matter?

And GfW is definitely not the one I want to use.
But... but... what if in the year 2713 they shut Steam down... what will you do about downloading your games then, HUH?

I love steam-mart!

In regards to the game, I will probably pass on it. The first was good but the second one didn't feel as good. I just can't get into it. Feels too simplified at times.

You probably have a GFWL account already for other games, I just don't see the big deal. Not buying games because they are not "in-stock" at one store just seems... I don't know... insane.

That's me though I guess.

I wish people would stop acting like this is about whether I like Steam, it is not. This is about ONLY buying games on Steam being a bit extreme. I know you own a ton of PS3 games that aren't on Steam Hunt.
