I'm using 9800GTGE and I installed NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-256.29.run.
Run firefox-3.6.3 and I found strange color in bottom-right. NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-195.36.24-pkg2.run doesn't have this problem. See these pictures please. firefox-progress-bar-256.png (256.29) firefox-progress-bar-195.png (195.36.24) Thanks. |

Try disabling Composite extension in your xorg.conf

I've added the lines to /etc/X11/xorg.conf, but it didn't fix the problem.
// Section "Extensions" Option "Composite" "Disable" EndSection // |

On Lucid x64 I installed the latest beta via Xswat PPA, so far I see no color issues on FF here, running default Lucid theme.
